What material are your t-shirts made of? The men's t-shirts are 100% Cotton Hanes t-shirts. The ladies' and kid's t-shirts are 100% Cotton Gildan t-shirts.

What material is the design made out of? Our custom t-shirt designs are made out of a unique heat transfer vinyl made by Siser N.A.

How do I place an order? We offer many options through our online store. We accept all forms of payment through this site and our shopify store for any major debit or credit cards online. You can place an order online through our "Shop Online" store on our website and through our Shopify Store. You may also submit your own design through the Submit Your Own Design page so we can work on making your own customized t-shirt design. Fill out the simple, quick form and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

Will I receive a confirmation after I place my order? Yes. You will receive an e-mail confirmation. Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. More likely, if all products are available in our shop, it is possible your order will be shipped the day following your order being placed.

Did my order go through? An order confirmation is sent to your email immediately after the order is placed. Check your inbox and junk mail. If it is missing, chances are that your order did not go through correctly.

Can I add items to my order? Please place a new order for the item and contact us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed before you receive confirmation that your order has been shipped. We are here to ensure you save on shipping costs.

Will I be notified after my order has shipped? On all orders you will receive an e-mail notification with details of your shipment. However, we will be happy to obtain the shipment tracking number(s) on these items for you after your order shipped, if you request it.

Do you have a guarantee on the products that you sell? Our guarantee policy is very simple. If we make a mistake on your order or the product is materially defective, we will refund your money for the item or replace the product.
